1. You may order 24/7 on line, or call Mon-Sat. 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. CST 1-800-659-9240.

Shipping

1. All gifts are shipped from Houston, Texas. UPS Ground will get to your city in from 1 - 6 days depending on how far from Texas.
   
2. We are currently shipping UPS ground, 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. Please allow 2-5 days before shipping to allow time for embroidery. Select your shipping method accordingly. If you select Rush shipping, your order will ship in 1-2 business days. We will ship the fastest way, to get our package to you on the date you have provided. If time is very short, and the price shown does not cover the cost, Milli will call or e-mail and let you know. If you need your gift Overnight, please call us at 1-800-659-9240, and we will try to accommodate.
   
3. If your package must ship to a PO Box, we will take it to the nearest US post office, and ship Priory Mail.
   
4. At Christmas, you will need to allow more time. You may need to select "Rush Shipping", if you order after December 8. This varies from state to state, depending on ship time from Texas. Also, embroidery may take more time at Mothers Day, Fathers Day & Graduation.
5. When orders are being shipped overseas, or to Alaska or HI, we will ship by USPS.

Return Policy

1. Custom Gifts guarantees product quality; however, these are custom products, so please make sure spelling/dates for monogramming are correct. There are no returns once the product is monogrammed.
2. Color of embroidery threads vary. Example like pink, medium pink, hot pink means different things to different people. Also, size of monograms vary, according to item being monogrammed. You must be flexible, and trust Milli when ordering on this website.
3. Please let us know within 10 days, if there is a problem with your order.
